Store Policies

1.  Workmanship guarentee- I guarentee my work.  if something breaks due to my craftmanship, please contact me.  I will fix it for no charge. I want you to get a life of wear out of my products.  If by chance, you break a piece of my jewlery, I will still fix it, but there may be a charge for materials or time.

2. Return policy- I don't do returns.  I may consider an exchange if it is within 3 weeks of the purchase date.  Please contact me with all and any questions regarding this process.

3.  I try to ship within 3 business days of your order.  Your package will come in either a box, or recyled packaging, as I try to re-use as many things as I can to keep my business as green as possible.  It may not look pretty, but it will come safely packed.

4.  I ship first class USPS, unless requested otherwise.  I do not insure packages.  If you would like insurance, or signature confirmation please contact me and I will add it, but there will be an additional charge for it.  For interantional shipping, if your order is over $100, I may require you to purchase insurance if it is available. 

5.  I ship to the address you have in your paypal account.  So if that is not correct, you must change it right away.  Shiping labels are generated directly from paypal.

6. Privacy Policy- I never share your information with anyone.  I wouldn't even know what to do with it!
