Here is how it will work.  First,  contact me with your concerns, and I will give you specifics on shipping the item to me.  Once the item is received, I will refund your shipping costs, repair the item and ship it back to you.  If an item breaks due to an accident (ie: gets caught in a door and pulled excessively, you went swimming in a pool or salt water with a patina’d piece, the dog ate it, ect…) I will fix it, but you will have to pay shipping and there may be a repair fee depending on the damage.
